My Journey
My journey into the world of IT began with a passion for understanding how technology can solve real-world problems. This drive led me to pursue a Bachelor of Information Technology at Ibanda University, where I developed a solid foundation in web design, software development and administration, network management, and data analytics.
Upon graduation, I was determined to apply my skills in various sectors, starting as a Systems Administrator at Ibanda University, where I was responsible for ensuring the security, efficiency, and reliability of the university’s IT infrastructure. During my tenure, I also became involved in several key committees, including the ICT Officer for the Mastercard Foundation Funding Committee and the Ibanda University Research and Grants Committee, where I contributed to strategic IT solutions for educational development.
In 2019, I founded Bang Graphix Technologies, a digital solutions company specializing in website development, graphic design, and systems management. This venture allowed me to channel my creative and technical expertise into building innovative digital platforms for businesses across various industries.
I later expanded my career into digital marketing, joining The Simba Group as a Digital Marketing Associate. In this role, I oversee the brand design and online presence of well-known companies like Simba Telecom, Protea Hotel Kampala, SKYZ Hotel, Project 500k, UKETA Learning, Simba Medicare, Simba Farms, White Nile Consults, Pink House Ugandan Spices and Simba Properties. Additionally, I manage the social media profiles of high-profile personalities like Dr. Patrick Bitature, Hon. Jennifer Muheesi – The Woman MP Kazo District, further solidifying my reputation in the field.
